As promised I will be doing detailed photos and swatches on items I picked up at Generation Beauty! This Malibu palette is by BH Cosmetics, I have never tried/owned and items by this brand so I was exited they were there.
Besides the palette, I was also given a blending brush and a mini kabuki brush. They are both very soft and had no shedding when I gently pulled to check their quality.
Here are some random swatches for you, I love that with this small palette you can create so many looks, from basic neutrals to vibrant!
As you can see the shimmers come off with more pigment and the mattes have less, I did not use a primer under these swatches though, so keep that in mind. The pink blush is matte and the color next to it is a shimmer, you could easily use it for shadow and to add a Summers glow as well! All in all for the price tag of $9.95 this is a great palette, the brushes are $3.16 for the blending & $4.95 for the mini kabuki which I plan to use for blush…very inexpensive and according to the reviews they hold up well!
